Starters

  • Cream of lightly curried parsnip soup with parmesan croutons served with crusty bread (v)
  • Warm cheddar mousse with beetroot and onion salad and toast (v)
  • Creamy garlic mushrooms with garlic infused croutons (v)
  • Smoked salmon pate with cucumber and dill salsa and toast
  • Melon with parma ham and roasted cherry tomatoes
  • Melon with apple sorbet and cinnamon syrup (vv)
  • Moroccan spiced beef with pitta bread and paprika spiced onion

Mains

  • Braised beef steak in red wine with creamed mashed potato, caramelised onion and mushrooms
  • Slow roast belly pork with apple mash and cider sauce
  • Breast of chicken with herb stuffing on creamed mash with a mushroom and sage cream sauce
  • Sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and chips (£2 supplement)
  • Grilled fillet of salmon on colcannon with parsley and tarragon butter sauce
  • Cheese and herb stuffed Portabello mushroom with apple mash and a garlic cream sauce (v)
  • All above main courses are served with vegetables.
  • Seafood crepe with salad and new potatoes
  • Chicken tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous
  • Slow cooked lamb tagine with garlic and cumin with Moroccan rice and couscous
  • Roasted red pepper, butternut squash and chick pea tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous (vv)

Dessert

  • White chocolate tart with Baileys cream
  • Lemon cheesecake with raspberry coulis
  • Vanilla panne cotta with mandarin coulis
  • Meringue with chantilly cream and berries (v)
  • Dark and white chocolate gateau with butterscotch
